Return Policy
At GETKAR, we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. We’ve developed our return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help.
1. GENERAL
Our return policy allows a generous 14-day window. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused , with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@getkar.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse the products were shipped from, which in most cases is located in China. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us first, so we can provide you with the correct return address.
Once your return request is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to the provided address. We cannot accept any returns sent to us without prior return authorization.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
3. EXCHANGES
If you wish to receive a replacement item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted. This is often the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.
4. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION
Regardless of the above policy, if your goods are being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
5. REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you promptly to let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
